A new wine from Taittinger for 2005. At 20 g/l this wine has a slightly higher dosage than our Brut Reserve NV but less than our Demi Sec NV making it a perfect wine for enjoying throughout a meal and late into the evening. Made to the elegant Taittinger style it is beautifully balanced with small persistent bubbles, floral, peach aromas and citrus fruit flavours and a lingering finish. Overall it is rounded, smooth and mellow.
