Vinified from the first pressing of selected Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Owing to its extensive vineyard holdings, Taittinger is able to rely primarily on its own grapes. This wine contains 40% Chardonnay, on average twice the percentage found in most standard cuvées. Taittinger Brut Reserve is dry, light and elegant with fine, pale gold bubbles and has the subtle body and bouquet of the Chardonnay grape.
