Vidal Chardonnay 2011, Hawke’s Bay

Naturally occurring wild yeasts from both the vineyards and our 100 year old winery were allowed to
complete the fermentation. Palate weight and complexity were enhanced by six months ageing on stirred lees, resulting in a complex wine which shows lemon, peach and mineral aromas complemented by creamy, nutty oak and stonefruit flavours.
