Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut 2000/2002

Taittinger’s prestige cuvée, Comtes de Champagne is produced exclusively from the first pressing of Chardonnay grown in the 100% rated vineyards of Avize, Cramant, Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. This Champagne is produced only in exceptional years and is presented in an 18th Century antique style bottle. Since 1990, each bottle contains 5% of wine aged in new French oak barrels. Hand produced in Taittinger’'s cellars at Saint Nicaise, the wine shows the depth, complexity and concentration expected from this fine Champagne. This is coupled with the distinctive lightness and elegance of Taittinger.
