Taittinger Brut Prestige Rosé is vinified using the addition method and produced from a subtle blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the first pressing. To this white wine is added 20% of red wine from the vineyards of Bouzy and Ambonnay to give the wine its attractive salmon pink colour. It is then aged for 2 to 3 years. The wine is fresh and youthful with an intense fruit bouquet showing hints of raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is full-bodied with a crisp elegance.
