The major part of this blend is from fruit sourced in the Côte dOr and it shows in the wine. Jacques Lardière ferments and matures a proportion of the blend in new French oak for 2 to 3 months to enhance the weight and balance of the wine. This wine is a real benchmark for the quality of his white wines.
